This Privacy Policy explains how Hopfirst (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when providing the web-based Transport Management System (TMS) and mobile applications (“Services”).

Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email, phone number, company name, and login credentials to create or manage an account.
- Usage Information: Operational data provided while creating, assigning, or managing shipments in the web application.
- Driver and Transporter Information: Details provided to enable trip operations, communication, and documentation within the platform.
- GPS Location Data: The driver mobile app collects real-time location data only when a trip is active and GPS tracking is enabled from the web control panel by authorized personnel; tracking stops when the trip ends or tracking is disabled.
We do not collect personal data that is not required for the functioning of the Services.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and enhance the TMS and mobile apps.
- Assign, coordinate, and manage trips and deliveries.
- Enable real-time visibility and shipment tracking for selected trips.
- Communicate with drivers, transporters, and shippers.
- Comply with applicable legal, safety, and audit requirements.
- Improve features, performance, and user experience.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal data. Information may be shared:
- With authorized shippers, transporters, or customers to manage trips and deliveries.
- With service providers that support platform operations under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by applicable law or legal process.
- To protect the safety, rights, or property of Hopfirst, Users, or the public.
GPS Location Tracking
- GPS tracking for drivers is controlled via the web control panel for selected trips; location is collected only while tracking is enabled.
- Tracking ends automatically when the trip completes or when tracking is turned off.
- Device-level permissions can be adjusted by Users; restricting permissions may impact functionality.
Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law; data is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data. Despite safeguards, no system can be completely secure.
User Rights
Subject to applicable laws, Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing, or withdraw consent where applicable. Contact details are provided below.
Children’s Privacy
Services are intended for business use by adults (e.g., drivers, transporters). We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
